Iguana Inn consists of 9 apartments all fully equipped, situated ground floor around the swimming pool. Near the swimming pool we have a bar at the terrace, where you can enjoy a cocktail and of course a cold beer. According to communication we offer you free internet(WLAN for your laptop). 

Apartments

Iguana Inn offers four 2 room apartments and five 3 room apartments. The 2 room apartments (45 m²) consist of a large living room with open kitchen, one bathroom and one bedroom. The 3 room apartments (55 m²) are the same but have two bedrooms.

All apartments have their private terrace and are situated around a large swimming pool with beach chairs. 

The apartments are fitted with modern convenience.  Kitchen with full equipment, fan, hot-water tap in the bathroom, TV, airconditioning in the bedroom(s), linen and towels.

To enjoy a perfect holiday, we serve a breakfast in the morning, on the terrace near the swimming pool. (on payment) 

Location

Iguana Inn is situated in a quiet residential area (JANWÉ) of Willemstad. Punda, the centre of Willemstad, some restaurants, the Sea-aquarium and the beaches are a few minutes by car. Near by there are two supermarkets.

Appartements

Wir verfügen über 4 Zweizimmer – und 5 Dreizimmerappartements. Die Zweizimmerwohnungen (45 m2) bestehen aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer.

Die Dreizimmerwohnungen (55m2) haben die gleiche Einteilung aber mit zwei Schlafzimmer.

Rund um das Schwimmbad sind die Appartements auf einer Ebene angeordnet und  haben eine eigene Terrasse. 

Die Lage

Iguana Inn liegt in dem ruhigen Wohnviertel Janwé und nur einige Autominuten vom dem Zentrum Willemstads, dem Sea Aquarium, verschiedenen Restaurants und dem Strand entfernt.

In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei grosse Supermärkte, wo Sie fast alles kaufen können.

Iguana Inn posee 9 apartamentos confortables alrededor de la piscina. ¡En la piscina tenemos un bar exterior  donde usted puede gozar de un rico cóctel o por supuesto de una cerveza bien fría!

En cuanto a la facilidad de comunicación le ofrecemos a un precio muy razonable la utilización  de   teléfono móvil.   Internet (WLAN): gratuito.

Apartamentos

Iguana Inn posee cuatro apartamentos con dos habitaciones, asi mismo cuenta con cinco apartamentos de tres habitaciones . Los apartamentos con dos habitaciones (ca. de 42 m² ) poseen una sala amplia con cocina , un cuarto de baño y un dormitorio. Los apartamentos de tres habitaciones ( ca de 55 m² ) poseen las mismas caracteristicas que los anteriores a diferencia que éstos tienen dos dormitorios. 

Los apartamentos poseen su propia terreza delantera y se encuentran alrededor de la piscina, en la cual hay tumbonas de playa. 

Los apartamentos cuentan con todas las facilidades. Cocina completamente equipada, la sala ( con ventilador), habitaciones con aire acondicionado, ropa de cama y toallas; el cuarto de baño con agua caliente. TV.

Los que desean disfrutar del clima pueden gozar de un desayuno en la terraza y todo esto por un buen precio.

Ubicación

Iguana Inn está muy bien situado en el rústico barrio residencial de Janwé. Se encuentra  centricamente situado a tan solo un par de minutos en coche del centro de Willemstad y del Sea-aquarium. Asi mismo hay cerca algunos restaurantes y se encuentra la playa. Muy cerca se encuentran dos grandes supermercados en los cuales usted puede realizar sus compras.
